The Dosaggio zero Riserva Letrari is a Trento DOC of the highest level composed of an blend of chardonnay and pinot noir which gives the sparkling wine harmony and elegance with a very interesting olfactory complexity.
Zero dosage reserve Letrari was born in an area suited to the production of sparkling wines. In the vineyards, great care culminates in the manual and meticulous harvesting. With a stay of 60 months on the lees and without the addition of “liqueur de tirage”, the Dosaggio zero Riserva Letrari has a marked freshness and a succession of notes on the nose ranging from bread crust to vanilla notes, from ripe apple to fruit notes dry. The palate is full with notes of ripe apple revived on a background of citrus and hazelnut. A fresh and lively wine, full and of solid structure, with a very persistent finish, just like its very fine perlage.
