If you change your mind you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. Collection is free and the refund arrives by the same payment method you used. You can exercise your right of withdrawal online below.

We will contact you to arrange free collection by our courier. The products must be undamaged, preferably in their original packaging or in equivalent packaging suitable for shipping. The return must be completed within 14 days of your notification.
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof that they have been sent), using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Fill in the declaration: before sending we will show you a summary to confirm. After it is sent you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail with the date and time.
Bottles with a custom decoration: these are made to your specifications (names, dates, dedications, designs) and the right of withdrawal is excluded by law — art. 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code. We also point this out when you buy and at checkout.
Withdrawal is also excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if they were opened after delivery (art. 59(e)): an opened bottle cannot be returned.
If you withdraw from the contract we shall reimburse all payments made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not incur any cost as a result of the refund.
The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
After you notify us of your withdrawal we will contact you to arrange collection: we will send a courier to the address you give us, at our expense. The goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging or in equivalent packaging suitable for courier shipping, and must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
