Pinot Grigio Mosole was born from a viticulture process that Tenuta Mosole has been pursuing for some time: Lucio Mosole focuses on professional comparison with prestigious companies in France, Piedmont and Tuscany and thus refines his way of producing wine .

The cellar, adjacent to the vineyards, includes the winemaking department, the bottling and wine storage room. Since 2003, the Mosole company has expanded the structure with an underground cellar capable of housing more than 500 barriques for the aging of the crus. All the cultivation, care and vinification processes are strictly and personally followed by Lucio Mosole who dedicates privileged space to tasting in his own tavern of the house, which respects the architectural style of the local farmhouses.

Tenuta Mosole is located in the province of Venice, in the easternmost area, on the border with Friuli, along the so-called “wine road”. Here the soil has characteristics that are the result of ancient floods, frequent changes of riverbed and differentiated deposits of clay particles which, at modest depths, form deposits of carbonates, precious precisely to give typicality and intensity of aromas to the wine.

Pinot Grigio Mosole is a dry white wine with coppery reflections; has a pear and apricot bouquet with a slightly almondy background. In the mouth it is a wine of good softness, enveloping and long.
