Tenuta Luisa is a long-established wine estate at Mariano del Friuli, in the heart of the Isonzo. The Luisa family has grown vines for generations, with a philosophy built on low yields, craft care in the vineyard and the championing of native Friulian grapes. Over the years the estate has earned significant national and international recognition, confirming the quality and elegance of its wines.

Edmida Blanc comes from the union of Friulano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon, a blend that best expresses the freshness and liveliness of Friulian whites. Fermented in steel and aged for six months on the fine lees, it is a young, fragrant and versatile wine, made for people who enjoy fresh, fruity flavours. The Edmida range is the most immediate and convivial reading of Tenuta Luisa’s work.

Straw yellow with golden glints, on the nose it offers elegant floral scents recalling lime blossom, alongside notes of russet apple and fresh fruit. In the mouth it is harmonious, fresh and delicate, with an easy drinkability that brings out its versatility. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes naturally with light starters, vegetable dishes, fish, shellfish and Mediterranean cooking.
