The preciousness of the silver color of the Maximum Demisec label is also contained in the taste of this soft Ferrari. Chardonnay grapes, is a sparkling wine that follows a meticulous work in the cellar, essential for its renowned and award-winning quality. The vinification consists of over 36 months of maturation on selected yeasts that enhance its gustatory and olfactory properties.
The Maximun Demisec has a sparkling straw yellow with a gentle, intense and persistent nose, with a note of ripe fruit in which there are hints of bread crust, hazelnut and a varied floral bouquet. On the palate soft, elegant and harmonious with a remarkable personality given by intense fruity notes, typical of Chardonnay, which are combined with pleasant fragrances of vanilla and yeast that linger long in the mouth.
