The Gran Cuvée Bianca is the most famous Cuvée of Villa Rinaldi, the Chardonnay grapes vinified in purity make it a fresh sparkling wine with irresistible tropical fruit aromas. On the nose stand out pineapple, passion fruit, melon and peach that are accompanied by refined hints of bread crust. On the palate it's soft and well balanced, perfectly captivating as an aperitif or throughout the meal.
Villa Rinaldi is the Italian Maison that represents the excellence of Sparkling wines, with a personal style, animated by great creativity, which in particular since the 1960s has been able to reinterpret ancient traditions such as aging in French barriques and dégorgement à la volée, applied to varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Atesini. The Grand Cuvée Bianca is obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills of Trentino-Alto Adige at 500 meters above sea level. The wine ages for 18 months on its lees and ages for 6 months in fine wood barrels from the French Central Massif. Freshness and aromatic amplitude in perfect balance enclosed in one sip.
