Fresh champagne with a powerful structure, to be enjoyed as an aperitif and throughout the meal. It is the Champagne that identifies the Maison Collet.
Elegance and finesse due to Chardonnay, body and structure made by Pinot noir, fruity aroma deriving from Pinot Meunier. To preserve the characteristics of this champagne over time, 25% of reserve wines are used in the assembly. Collet Brut with its 3 years of affinameto on lees in the tranquility of the centenary cellar of the House carved into plaster becomes a champagne golden color, warm gold, with a scent of fresh butter, citrus and toasted notes. On the palate it manifests itself fresh, powerful, structured. Unveils a great freshness and a beautiful length.
