Bourgogne Pinot Noir is an exceptional wine from the Labruyère Prieur Sélection, with great structure and an intense ruby red color. Olfactory it is fleshy with notes of small fruits of blueberry and blackberry. Also excellent in acidity, Pinot Noir Bourgogne has a fresh and serious finish, at the height of its exclusive organoleptic profile.
Bourgogne Pinot Noir is part of the Labruyère Prieur Sélection line, created by Edouard Labruyère in 2013 to complete the prestigious range of the Domaine. To make it, expert vignerons from Cote De Beaune and Cote de Nuits were selected; the aim is to offer a selection of wines of the highest quality.
The Pinot Noir is usually 100% de-stemmed, however there are cases in which we proceed in whole bunches depending on the conditions of the parcels and the thousandths.
The history of the Labruyère family wine begins in 1845 when the founder of the Labruyère Macon branch, Jean-Marie, moved to Thorins in what will be in April 1924 Appellation Moulin-à-Vent. These wine roots have subsequently developed in northern Burgundy, since Labruyère took hold at Meursault Domaine Jacques Prieur in 1988. This new venture, through a Burgundian house that excels in niche titles, is part of a family tradition of developing main French wine regions.
