207 Amaro Locale

Produced in Canelli in Piedmont using ingredients selected from local suppliers, such as L'Aquila DOP saffron, Piedmontese mint from Pancalieri, orange peels from Calabria and lemons from Sicily. Ingredients that give herbaceous and fresh scents, with citrus notes that recall the Mediterranean, a color with amber hues that recall gold and honey.

It is a bitter with a fresh and velvety taste with deep balsamic notes with foundations of cardamom, cinchona, rhubarb and gentian, characterized by notes of Saffron dell'Aquila DOP, the 207 in fact stands for the number of saffron bulbs brought from Spain by the Dominican friar Santucci originally from the province of L'Aquila.
