Founded in 1842 by the Mikolasch family, Fabrica Mikolasch is held to be one of the most iconic names in the birth of vodka culture in eastern Europe. For more than a century and a half the brand has kept to a philosophy founded on authenticity, quality and a bond with the land. That heritage lives on today through traditional methods and a modern view of what purity in a spirit means.
Mikolasch Single Farm Vodka begins in the field: selected organic grain from individual farms in western Ukraine. Distillation uses the very pure water of the Carpathians, essential to a clean, natural profile. Free of additives and made with full respect for the raw material, it stands out for its authenticity and its strong tie to the terroir it comes from.
The nose is delicate and clean, with light notes of fresh grain. The palate is remarkably smooth, balanced and fresh, with a light structure that makes it extremely pleasant both neat and in cocktails. Perfect for refined mixing, but also worth tasting neat to appreciate its quality in full.
