Apium is a London Dry Gin with an aromatic profile of its own, in which lavender plays a central part alongside classic botanicals such as juniper, rosemary, angelica, coriander, verbena and cubeb pepper. The result is a balanced, fresh and lightly floral gin, perfect for versatile, good-quality mixing.
The nose shows intense juniper alongside elegant hints of lavender. The palate is dry but rich and enveloping, with a spicy finish in which pepper, coriander and a returning floral note of lavender give softness and complexity.
