Giambattista Valli is a ruby red wine, on the nose we can smell pomegranate, cherry and currant aromas, in the mouth it has an intense, aromatic and persistent body.
The winery was born in the late 70s, founded by the entrepreneur Paolo Panerai, who immediately began a long journey aimed at producing high quality wines. He immediately undertook a very careful census of the vines, which made it possible to select the best species of Sangiovese for the Sodi di San Niccolò, the symbolic wine of the company. The world of Castellare di Castellina has grown a lot over time, in fact it is precisely in 2000 that Paolo Penerai’s adventure in the world of wine landed in Sicily, where the Feudi del Pisciotto wines are born.
