The T Cuvée Rosé from the Tramin winery is a rosé with a deep and luminous color, with a fragrant bouquet of strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it's light, pleasant, with a freshness that caresses the palate. An ideal wine in the summer season in combination with a rich and tasty appetizer.
The Tramin winery is the “wonderland” of South Tyrolean viticulture: a vast collection of whites and reds deriving from native vines grown with sun and passion that meet the needs of all palates. The extraordinary nature of these wines lies in the ability to enclose the individual varietal characteristics of the grapes, a strong personality and at the same time the balance and freshness typical of South Tyrolean wines. A bouquet with unique characteristics capable of intoxicating the palate. Gewürztraminer, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero are the soul of Tramin products.
The T Cuvée Rosé is obtained from Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards that extend on hills adjacent to mountains between 250 and 550 meters above sea level, characterized by clayey and gravelly soils and exposed to considerable thermal excursions. The grapes carefully selected during the harvest are subjected to a soft pressing after a brief contact with the skins, after which the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 20-22 ° C in steel tanks to maximize the organoleptic properties. A particularly pleasant and easy to drink rosé.
