Prosecco Agricolo is obtained from Glera grapes with the addition of a small quantity of Verdiso and Perera, grown on the vineyards close to the Dolomites in the province of Treviso. The color is a pale straw yellow with fine and rich perlage. On the nose the aromas are fruity of ripe golden apple and acacia flowers. In the mouth it's fresh, easy to drink, with great balance and a fruity finish.
Vallis Mareni is the story of an itinerant winery commissioned by Giovanni, scion of a historical Prosecco family, animated by a great artistic vein that he managed to bring together in this project, thanks to the help of a dense network of relationships and friendships. 6 hectares of vineyards of full expressive freedom that give vent to a continuous desire for freedom and creativity.
The Prosecco Agricolo by Vallis Mareni is included in the “Bollicine da Uve Italiane” project, and is very representative of the terroir of origin. The vinification is in white, in the absence of the skins, at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. The maturation and subsequent refinement is in large steel containers at 12-14 ° C, and the second fermentation is obtained by slow refermentation. A versatile wine to be enjoyed at any time of the day.
