The Sauvignon Vigna Castel Ringberg is an award-winning white from the South Tyrolean Elena Walch winery. Its elegant taste is due to the use of homonymous grapes that also give it that typical character of alpine freshness.
The Sauvignon from the Vigna Castel Ringberg line is a single variety that takes on typical aspects of the territory thanks to the grapes used and the careful processing dedicated to it. It is a white with the Alto Adige DOC denomination that follows meticulous steps in the cellar, aimed at enhancing its taste; it starts with the static decantation of the must, continues with fermentation – divided into steel and barriques – and ends with assembly and aging in the bottle.
Thus was born the Sauvignon wine, characterized by a bright yellow color with greenish nuances and a multiplicity of particularly pleasant aromas: elderflower, alpine herbs and gooseberries give freshness and flavor to the taste.
