In Lombardy, among the hills of the province of Brescia, there is an area stretching for around 200 kilometres where vines have been grown since ancient times: this is Franciacorta, renowned today for its sparkling wines, but always known for thriving viticulture thanks to its particular climate and soils.
The Franciacorta method is today a guarantee of high quality. With remarkable and skilful dedication, the people involved in winemaking here quickly managed to give value to their land, one of the first regions to be awarded DOC status.

Ca’ del Bosco is one of the most modern and advanced wineries in Italy, where innovation goes hand in hand with dreams. What the estate is today began with a house surrounded by a chestnut wood; it was here that the first vineyard won the devotion of a very young Maurizio Zanella and set off a bold and thrilling journey in the constant pursuit of excellence.
The results can be felt in every sip of Ca’ del Bosco.

Cuvée Prestige
The essence of the winery, it holds all its values and confirms the Ca’ del Bosco identity on the palate. Cuvée Prestige is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero, grapes vinified separately and blended with reserve wines from the best vintages. It is a classic Franciacorta: fresh, delicate and full of fruity notes. We offer it in different formats and versions that make it special for occasions or as a gift idea: a 37.5 cl half bottle, a 150 cl magnum with or without gift box, and the classic 75 cl bottle, also available boxed. Special mention goes to the Jeroboam 300 cl, Mathusalem 600 cl and Salmanazar 900 cl formats, which come with an elegant leather holdall (weekend bag) and a customisable label.
Cuvée Prestige also comes as a rosé, a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes with maceration for colour. The Rosé carries the freshness of Ca’ del Bosco Cuvée Prestige in the delicacy of its rose and peony flowers and its pomegranate and strawberry fruit.
The Decennale, on the other hand, is a limited edition. Created to mark its tenth anniversary, this Cuvée Prestige comes in a special bottle made by the ceramic artists Bertozzi & Casoni.
Cuvée Annamaria Clementi
It is history and love. Cuvée Annamaria Clementi bears the name of the woman who started it all: it was Maurizio Zanella’s mother who chose that house in the chestnut wood! In her honour, the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi collection offers only the very best of the grapes selected from the various crus and the finest vintages.
A great wine, also available as a rosé, the result of meticulous winemaking and ageing: after seven years on the lees, it becomes a golden sparkling wine with a very fine perlage, a complex nose and a full, persistent flavour.
Cuvée Prestige Multivintage, special numbered editions
The great personality of Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta and every nuance of the territory come together in the winery’s latest creations: the multivintage wines, the numbered editions of Cuvée Prestige. We start from edition 42 and move, year after year, towards ever more surprising labels.
Edition 45 of Cuvée Prestige, for example, is a blend of wines from the 2020 harvest (68%), noble reserve wines from 2019 (29%) and noble wines from 2018 (3%), with grapes from 197 certified organic vineyards. Ageing on the lees lasts about 25 months.
A fascinating Franciacorta DOCG, harmonious and clean. Each numbered edition represents Ca’ del Bosco’s long-standing know-how; it is a tribute to the land and the fruit of “experiences and intuitions that, harvest after harvest, allow us to gain an intimate knowledge of the raw material, the grape, and of the long process of transformation that turns it into wine”.
Vintage Collection
The most traditional is the Brut, a vintage wine that, from its very first years of production, has been made only from quality harvests; it is the Franciacorta that best inherits the characteristics of the territory and the specific qualities of each vintage. Intense and persistent, the Brut from the Ca’ del Bosco Vintage Collection is a sparkling wine for special occasions, thanks to the unique and unmistakable sensations it offers with every sip.
The other wines in the Vintage collection also confirm that for Ca’ del Bosco excellence is not just an ambition: the Dosage Zéro is pure, with nothing added, an extraordinary Franciacorta as an aperitif; smooth and round, the Satèn stands out for its supple elegance; the essence of Pinot Nero, the Dosage Zéro Noir is a sparkling wine with a dark soul and a refined taste.
