Apium Grapefruit Gin is a London Dry built on a carefully chosen botanical mix, in which lavender plays a central part alongside juniper, rosemary, cubeb pepper, angelica, verbena and coriander. The result is a complex, fresh and aromatic gin, at home both in cocktails and on its own.
The nose is fresh and floral, with pleasant green notes and a delicate spicy hint. The palate shows intense floral sensations that turn slightly peppery, well balanced by the juniper. The finish is fairly long and persistent, with elegant floral echoes. Ideal for aromatic gin and tonics.
