Tellus Rosato Cotarella is a fresh and pleasant wine with a delicate but clear nose. Produced with Syrah grapes, the same used for the emblematic Tellus Syrah and for a good part and Aleatico from vines over 15 years old, it is a perfect wine for many occasions both with aperitifs and meat-based dishes.
Tellus Rosato Cotarella is produced with Syrah grapes, the same used for the emblematic Tellus Syrah, vines over 16 years old grown on a sandy bottom of medium texture at an altitude of 300 above sea level and with a spurred cordon training system with an intensity of 5000 per hectare and a production of approximately 85 quintals per hectare. The grapes are harvested at different times, arriving in the cellars in the early hours of the morning and cooled to 10° C before carrying out the maceration which lasts about an hour on the skins and the fermentation in steel for 10 days.
The Tellus Rosato Cotarella has a beautiful pale pink that contains a fresh nose with notes of small red fruit such as strawberries and cherries and then evolves into notes of red rose. Medium-bodied on the palate but with good acidity which makes drinking stimulating.
