The traditional Danieli Tarallo is produced according to the ancient method which requires an important ingredient: time. Carefully selected ingredients processed by hand and left to rest before being baked. Fragrant, tasty and perfect for an aperitif or simply as a snack.
Danieli is a young company located in Bitonto, near Bari, where there is still a strong bond with traditions and where Daniele Lovascio founded the laboratory for the production of taralli and other typical Apulian baked products in 2003. The strength lies in the selection of raw materials and the attention to production methods which is rooted in tradition.
Ingredients: SOFT WHEAT FLOUR TYPE “00”, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, BREWER’S YEAST, white WINE, salt.
