Sauvignon Blanc is a white South Tyrolean wine from the Alois Lageder winery, characterized by particular aromas and taste. A Alto Adige DOC belonging to the line of the great classics of the company thanks to its great balance of taste.
The Sauvignon Blanc Alois Lageder gives proof of the winery’s winemaking skills and how passion, commitment and respect for nature lead to high quality products. The 100% Sauvignon grapes, following a careful selection, are processed through soft pressing, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and refinement on fine lees for 4 months.
The light yellow color with greenish reflections releases the scents of gooseberry, sambuca and nettle leaf to the nose; the taste, consequently aromatic, is balanced, rightly acid and fruity.
