The purpose of Bristol Classic Rum is the search of small quantities of fine rums, sometimes only individual barrels of one distillery or a seal.
The distillate from the distillery Worthy Park with their Pot-Still, aging has been part of Jamaica and part of Scotland in barrels of American oak. Colour not too intense, the nose is fruity and the palate the fruit notes are wrapped by notes of wood used for aging and notes of toffee.
