Rosé di Barricaia is expertly obtained from Villa Rinaldi from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in rosé, to the delight of the most demanding lovers of this type of wine. The aromas of roses and small red berry fruits of undergrowth seduce the sense of smell and taste, accompanied by spicy and balsamic notes of French oak. Certainly the most aristocratic of the Rosés.
Villa Rinaldi is the Italian Maison that represents the excellence of Sparkling wines, with a personal style, animated by great creativity, which in particular since the 1960s has been able to reinterpret ancient traditions such as aging in French barriques and dégorgement à la volée, applied to varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Atesini. In one hundred years of history, virtuous practices and great skill in producing wines that seduce fans with inimitable fragrances and aromas, the result of passion, time and secrets kept from father to son, have been handed down from generation to generation.
Rosé di Barricaia is a high quality Reserve, which ages for 36 months on its lees and ages for 24 months in fine wood barrels from the Central French Massif. Dégorgement à la volée in the style of Villa Rinaldi. A classy Rosé, perfect with oysters, lobsters and crustaceans.
