The Classic Method Nature sparkling wine vintage 2013, has a bright and brilliant straw yellow color, and a bouquet of apricot, golden apple and a note of toasted hazelnut. In the mouth it is dry, dry, clean, with a pleasant complexity that envelops the palate.
The Opera winery was born in Trentino in the village of Giovo in Val di Cembra in 2006, thanks to the intent of a group of friends to enhance the excellent terroir of the area, particularly suitable for the cultivation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This was how Alfio Garzetti, Bruno Zanoletti and Marcello Rosa have renovated the ancient Napoleone Rossi Cellars dating back to the 19th century, bringing it back to life, renewed and equipped with the most modern technologies useful for the production of quality wine. The Cembra Valley is renowned for its 400 km of dry stone walls that delimit 600 hectares of vineyards that extend on steep slopes, and are characterized by the excellent climatic exposure to the south and east which allows the perfect ripening of the bunches. The sparkling wines produced by Opera quickly conquered the Italian and international market with their full and enveloping fruity taste.
Nature sparkling wine is a Blanc de Blancs produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the slopes of the Val di Cembra in Trentino. The soils rich in limestone and the excellent climatic exposure also characterized by strong temperature variations between day and night, contribute to delineate the pleasant minerality and freshness that characterizes it in a clear way. The aging of 40 months on the lees strengthens the character and elegance that make it a unique wine.
