Trento DOC Corvée Nature is a sparkling wine with good structure and elegance that pairs perfectly with cured meats and is ideal for elaborate aperitifs. Subtle hints of yellow fruit, bread crust and dried fruit on the palate, fresh with good acidity.
Corvée is a French term that was used in feudalism to indicate a free job by the vassal for his master. The many hours of work of the vassals of the Cembra Valley in Trentino are due to the 400 km of terraces of dry porphyry walls that delimit a wonderful territory from the 250 meters of altitude of Mosana to the 1000 meters of Faver. Within this portion of land, the 14 hectares of vineyards of the Corvée winery extend, born with the idea of expressing the best of the potential of plants grown with environmental sustainability criteria and respect for traditions, useful for producing excellent wines in the DOC of Trentino, in many ways still unexpressed.
