Masi’s Levarie Soave Classico is a refined and contemporary expression of a great classic of the Veronese winemaking tradition. This “evergreen” is a white wine that stands out for its fragrance, delicacy and originality. It is born from the skilful union of the traditional Garganega and Trebbiano grapes, grown in the historic Soave Classico area. Here, the volcanic soil and the mild climate contribute to giving the wine a unique minerality and complexity. To the eye it is pale straw yellow, with light greenish reflections that underline its freshness and vivacity. On the nose it is intense and inviting, with a distinctive and pleasant pear aroma, enriched by delicate floral notes and a light mineral hint. On the palate it is fresh and enveloping, with evident hints of citrus and pineapple that blend harmoniously. Its characteristic and pleasant acid freshness balances the fruity palate, leading to a delicate, balanced and harmonious finish, with good persistence. Levarie Soave Classico is an extremely versatile wine and easy to pair, thanks to its freshness and fruity profile. It is an excellent companion for the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine and beyond. Ideal for starting a meal or for a moment of relaxation. Perfect with lean appetizers, such as grilled vegetables, croutons and light salads. It pairs splendidly with fresh pasta and risottos, both seafood (e.g. seafood risottos) and land (e.g. vegetable risottos). Excellent with legume salads or chicken salads. Try it with sushi and sashimi, enhancing the delicacy of raw fish.
