The Japanese Blended Whisky Hatozaki is one of the two products with which the Kaikyo Distillery presents itself to the world of Japanese Whisky. It's appreciable the delicacy on the palate and the aromatic amplitude with a strong floral component. A whisky to be enjoyed on the right evening.
The Kaikyo Distillery is a young company in the now consolidated panorama of Japanese Whiskys, owned by the Yonezawa family who already made themselves known with a Sake line based on the quality of the raw material and an innovative technologically advanced production. The name is inspired by the longest bridge in the world Akashi-Kaikyo that connects Kobe to Awaji island. With the Hatozaki line, Kaikyo aims to carve out a space between fans with two labels, one Blended and one Pure Malt.
The Blended Whisky Hatozaki is characterized by a lemon yellow color with a soft profile, and conquers the nose with strong and intense aromas of violet and jasmine that we find in the mouth with a soft and delicate taste that seduces the palate.
