The Grapa di Barolo Cannubi, from the Tenuta Carretta winery, is a dark amber-colored distillate, with a wide and intense aroma of dry fruit with hints of hay, coconut and white pepper, on the palate it is warm and tasty, decidedly complex, rich and harmonious.
Winery located in the territory of the municipality of Piobesi d’Alba, where they vinify grapes from their vineyards in Roero and Langhe. A velvety and pleasantly dry wine, with an almond aftertaste, Dolcetto is the “daily wine” of tradition in the Langhe and Roero.
Grappa di Barolo Cannubi is a precious brandy obtained from the direct distillation of the marc from the vinification of the grapes suitable for producing the Barolo DOCG Cannubi wine.
