The Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Reserve Brut produced by Maison Vazart Coquart, is a champagne with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, the nose is floral with mineral notes accompanied by hints of grapefruit and acacia flowers. In the mouth it is broad and lively, with excellent balance and creaminess.
The Maison Vazart Coquart is an exclusively family-run business, which for several generations has been producing quality Champagne with an artisanal spirit. The company boasts 11 hectares of vineyards, cultivated almost exclusively with Chardonnay, apart from a small percentage of Pinot Noir, with vines that are about 30 years old. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Reserve Grand Cru of the Maison Vazart Coquart is a perfect Champagne for those who love refined cuvées, the delicate taste and finesse of Chardonnay. At the end of the soft pressing, fermentation is carried out to create the base wines. Once the final assembly has been made, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with a sur lattes aging period of 24 months.
