Col Matìss Sauvignon is a white wine from the Friulian La Tunella company. Like all the products of the winery, this wine is also processed according to qualitative criteria specially designed to create indigenous excellence.
The vinification takes place through slow fermentation, followed by resting on the yeasts in large wooden barrels and by refining in the bottle.
This is how a great wine is born which preserves, besides the straw yellow color with greenish reflections, several aromatic scents that brighten the nose and the palate: hints of yellow peach, mint and sage are well amalgamated with mineral and citrus notes that characterize the taste for freshness and elegance.
