Collet Brut Art Déco champagne is a blend of 7 Grand and 13 Premier Cru grapes carefully selected for a great Champagne with notes of white flowers, citrus, fruity and smoky notes with a touch of lavender and honey. Creamy and savory on the palate with a freshness that makes you want to drink it.
The Collet Brut Art Déco is the Champagne that is the emblem of the Maison “constructed” with care using grapes from 7 grand Cru and 13 Premier Cru including the Chardonnay from Vertusa which brings freshness and tonicity and citrus notes and then the Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery which gives minerality and smoky notes. The Pinot noir contributes to the cuvée with structure, richness and elegance, grapes from the villages of Hautvillers and Avenay-Val-d’Or mixed with Crus of Rilly-la-Montagne which bring greater olfactory complexity. Finally, 20% Meunier de Ville-dommange completes the blend with roundness and softness.
The Collet Brut Art Déco has a bright yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. A good complexity with evident notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, white pulp fruit, anise, honey and lavender and a smoky touch. On the palate it is creamy with aromas of pineapple and apple and a smoky finish with an iodized touch.
