A Franciacorta "Riserva" with over 60 months of aging in bottle in contact with the yeasts.Cabochon Rosé is produced only in years with particularly favorable characteristics: the previous ones were 2005, 2001, 1995 and 1992.
Produced for a 59% of Chardonnay grapes and 41% of Pinot noir grapes grown in the cru of the vineyards of Pratone, Barek, Brolo, Palo, Nespoli the Cabochon rosé is a reserve characterized by a complexity and freshness unique to a bubble.
It has an elegant limpid pink color. The nose is full and rich in complexity, there are hints of fruity aromas that change towards more mature notes of undergrowth and a delicate component of spices.
