The Brut Yellow Label champagne has all the character and quality of its original cellar, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, which can already be seen in the harvest and in the winemaking process. The harvest of each bunch is carried out strictly by hand by a fixed team of experts who, once the quality has been ascertained, entrust the grapes to the staff dedicated to the real wine process that takes place through pressing, fermentation and aging. Every single step, carefully controlled, gives the champagne unique characteristics recognizable from the first sip.
Its bright straw yellow color opens gently on the palate through fruity notes of peach, plum and pear and spicy hints of vanilla and brioche, all enclosed in a refined bottle and in an original box.
