Circeo Gin was founded with the aim of promoting the Circeo Promontory through the production of high-quality artisanal spirits. The company carefully selects botanicals and creates gins that express the Mediterranean identity of the Lazio coast, with a contemporary style that has already received major international recognition, including a Silver Medal at the 2023 London Spirits Competition.

Incanto di Circe Gin is a spirit distilled from a secret recipe, in which the character of juniper meets a refined bouquet of fine flowers. Clitoria ternatea is responsible for the characteristic intense blue color, while pink cornflower, iris root, elderflower, and magnolia contribute to an elegant and enveloping aromatic profile. On the palate, it stands out for its floral, fresh, and delicately sweet character.
