Piancastello Rosé

The Endrizzi winery is “the historic winery of Trentino” a true wine heritage. Founded in 1885 by Francesco and Angelo Endrici, when this territory was still part of the Austro-Hungarian kingdom. The company has contributed significantly to the development of local viticulture, the historic vineyards, located on morainic soils, are the basis for the production of wines of great structure and complexity. The Endrici family (Endrizzi in dialect), always committed to the enhancement of the territory, has been able to pass on to posterity a passion and expertise that can be found in every bottle.

Piancastello Rosé best expresses the varietal characteristics of the vines from which it is produced, offering a fresh and immediate aromatic profile, but at the same time complex and multifaceted. To the eye it presents itself with an elegant pale pink color, which immediately evokes freshness and delicacy. On the nose, a complex and inviting bouquet unfolds, characterized by intense fruity notes of small red fruits such as raspberry and currant, expertly integrated with greener nuances of apple and a spicy touch of pepper leaf. In the mouth, Piancastello Rosé reveals itself to be taut, crisp and savoury, with a balanced structure and a notable aromatic persistence. The finish is particularly interesting, thanks to a successful combination of the fruity component, typical of the youth of the wine, and a light bitter note, which gives depth and complexity to the taste profile. Its elegant structure and its drinkability make it perfect to pair with delicate and refined dishes, such as raw fish appetizers, light first courses and fresh cheeses.
