Pinot Bianco by Elena Walch has a bright straw yellow color and a delicate bouquet of hints of green apple and rbaceous notes. On the palate it's fresh, with a pleasant acidity and an intriguing minerality, which make it an excellent wine to enjoy for an aperitif or in combination with dishes with delicate flavors.
Elena Walch is a family-run company that has inherited the ancient knowledge of viticulture in one of the areas of Alto Adige with a high wine vocation, interpreting the identity of a wonderful territory. The excellent exposure of the vineyards and the favorable climatic conditions of the area, combined with the care for the vineyard and an eco-sustainable approach, give life to bottles that have earned over the years the appreciation of wine lovers internationally.
Pinot Bianco by Elena Walch is vinified in purity from Pinot Bianco grapes softly pressed, whose must undergoes static clarification, an ancient and completely natural process. Subsequently the fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C, after which the wine ages on its lees for a few months before being bottled. A pleasant and versatile white particularly suitable for poorly structured dishes with delicate flavors as fish and poultry.
