Opera Blanc Brut Nature is a Trento DOC aged for over 60 months on the yeasts. A light straw yellow color with greenish reflections herald floral and spicy notes of violet and cardamom and fruity hints of elderberries and quince.
The Opera winery was born in Trentino in the village of Giovo in Val di Cembra in 2006, thanks to the intent of a group of friends to enhance the excellent terroir of the area, particularly suitable for the cultivation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This was how Alfio Garzetti, Bruno Zanoletti and Marcello Rosa have renovated the ancient Napoleone Rossi Cellars dating back to the 19th century, bringing it back to life, renewed and equipped with the most modern technologies useful for the production of quality wine. The Cembra Valley is renowned for its 400 km of dry stone walls that delimit 600 hectares of vineyards that extend on steep slopes, and are characterized by the excellent climatic exposure to the south and east which allows the perfect ripening of the bunches. The sparkling wines produced by Opera quickly conquered the Italian and international market with their full and enveloping fruity taste.
Opera Blanc Brut Nature is a Trento DOC aged over 60 months on the yeasts produced exclusively with the best pinot noir from the terraces of the Cembra Valley. It has a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections with a nose of great depth and personality: floral and spicy notes of violet and cardamom and fruity hints of elderberries and quince. On the palate it is broad and creamy with a well-balanced acidity and a good structure. Toasted notes and sesame amplify the pleasantness of drinking.
