Villa Scolca is an iconic Gavi DOCG produced from Cortese grapes grown with a yield of about 80q/Ha in the municipality of Gavi. The La Scolca winery demonstrates in this wine its craft in producing products of the highest quality. It has a light straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a complex nose with hints that refer to white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. The palate is broad, rich with a good structure and a marked acidity that makes drinking irresistible.
