The Cantina I Feudi di Romans was born in the fifties of the last century when the founder Severino Lorenzon laid the foundations in the creation of the reality we know today. Located in an area that was not very developed at the time and considered “abandoned”, Severino began the cultivation of the vineyards with love and dedication, giving great importance to respect for the environment and the territory. The great attention to the well-being of the vines to have great quality grapes that know how to transfer the greatness of the territory into the glass. Absence of weeding, sub-irrigation and manual thinning testify to the attention in the fields.

Cabernet Franc I Feudi Di Romans is a red with an unmistakable vegetable stamp. The grapes are grown on a soil of noble clays, gravel and sand with Guyot training system and harvested in September, from vineyards of years ranging from 2015 to 2018. It is destemmed and vinified in red with the Ganymede method for a variable period on the basis of the trend of the vintage and of the quality. At the end of the fermentation, the racking and pressing are carried out. The wine is decanted into steel tanks for further refinement before bottling.

Cabernet Franc I Feudi Di Romans has an intense ruby ​​red color. The nose has a bouquet with a characteristic herbaceous scent, while on the palate it has a dry, full-bodied, slightly herbaceous taste.
