Grappa Tignanello by Marchesi Antinori is made from the pomace of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, harvested on the Tignanello estate, in the heart of the Chianti Classico. After fermentation and subsequently pressing, only the pomace richest in alcohol and aromatic substances are selected, which give it a unique and unequivocal note, which are steam-distilled according to an ancient procedure.
