The Maison Castelnau was born from the union of the farmers of Reims who with a choice of about 150 Crus from the 900 Ha of vineyards creates Champagne that stand out for their freshness and pleasant complexity. The Maison is known for its long aging on the lees and all the wines are first pressed.

Subtlety and depth; it shows a delicate pink with salmon notes. The nose is fine and elegant and offers hints of ripe black cherry fruits supported by slightly toasted notes. In the mouth the flavors are full and well rounded, with red fruit aromas that manifest themselves. There are slight notes of mint underlined by touches of grilled almond that flatter the palate. The fresh finish gives the whole wine a fresh and clean appearance.
