Pinot grigio

In the La Tunella line of whites, a portion of products is destined for the exaltation of the monovariety of which this fresh and interesting Pinot Grigio is part. Fruit of the same name grapes, this Friuli Colli Orientali DOC follows a careful vinification dedicated to the exaltation of the aromas and overall taste of wine. Production begins with the destemming and soft crushing of the bunches, continues with cold static settling and slow fermentation in steel containers and ends with the maturation in the same, the battonage and the final refinement.

Thus was born the La Tunella gray Pinot characterized by a brilliant straw yellow color; the fragrances are fruity and fragrant reminiscent of the warm bread crust and the intense aroma of acacia flowers and ripe tropical fruits. On the palate it confirms the olfactory sensations and is elegant, full-bodied, moderately acidic, with delicate notes of yeast. It is a wine with a strong personality.
