Produced from Malvasia Puntinata, of Candia, Trebbiano and small amounts of Bellone.
It is a family cellar: inside there’s Nicoleta Sirbu commitment, the talent of a young winemaker said, the support of her husband, the joyous smile of Nicoletta children (which sometimes decorate the barrels with colored chalk !), but above all a deeply suited Territory (the Colli Lanuvini), which panders with natural processes, one eye on the bio and very low yields. For this reason, customers who know us know that they can count on us, from the vineyard to the bottle.
The must obtained from the first soft pressing is fermented at a controlled temperature to better preserve freshness and flavor. The fine wine you get is characterized by pale yellow color, with a delicate, fruity aroma, and the taste is harmonic and velvety.
Pale yellow with greenish hues. The native varieties used are highlighted especially for the fragrance of aromas linked to the alcoholic fermentation which, rose, lemon and banana. The palate is soft and velvety, the presence of a good acidity contributes to the structure of the wine and makes it balanced and harmonious at the same time. Among the perceived sensations emerge flavors of almonds, hazelnuts and citrus.
