Ograde Skerk is a complex wine full of sensations characterized by a beautiful amber yellow. Full and broad on the palate, ideal for both meditation and semi-hard cheeses and vegetable soups.
Skerk is a young and very dynamic reality in the Karst that is increasingly establishing itself as a reference in the panorama of macerated wines. In harmony with nature and the territory that surrounds it, Sandi Skerk cultivates the vine without the aid of chemical treatments in order to have a healthy and full fruit. After the strictly manual harvest, the grapes they are brought to the cellar and subjected to fermentation by indigenous yeasts, followed by a maceration, in direct contact with the skins, of about 15 days. After that, Ograde will refine for 24 months in oak barrels and 5 months in the bottle.
The Ograde Skerk has a deep yellow tending to bright amber. The nose is rich in ripe yellow fruit where peaches and dried apricots emerge. Ample and rich on the palate with a long persistence.
