Airali Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is an Alta Langa DOCG made exclusively from selected Chardonnay grapes. The long stay on the lees by the Metodo Classico gives elegance, finesse and aromatic complexity. A sparkling wine of distinctive character, which gives the fullest expression of the high Piedmont hills’ vocation for outstanding bubbles.

Bright straw yellow with greenish glints, it shows a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it opens with notes of white flowers, citrus and bread crust. In the mouth it is fresh, savoury and mineral, with a pleasant tension and a long, elegant finish. Ideal with oysters, shellfish, raw seafood, sushi, fish tartare, delicate starters and fresh cheeses.
