A distinctive feature of this series is the ageing, for a minimum of 12 years, exclusively in American and European oak casks, previously used to mature the fine sherry wine. This choice gives Double Cask whiskies a complex and multi-faceted taste profile, characterized by sweet, fruity and spicy notes, typical of sherry wood. The return to the age statement in the whiskies of the Double Cask series has been welcomed with great enthusiasm by enthusiasts, eager to appreciate the evolution of the spirit over the years.

The soft and velvety structure, combined with a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity, make this whisky ideal to be enjoyed neat, perhaps accompanied by a slice of dark chocolate or an orange peel.
