Tequila Don Julio has a clear and crystalline appearance, on the nose, a characteristic aroma of agave, accompanied by light clotted notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit in the mouth it is sweet and delicate, with hints of agave and a clean and dry finish.
Don Julio Gonzales began tequila production in 1942 when he opened the distillery in Mexico. Initially, the production could barely satisfy friends and acquaintances. But over time, the quality of its products allowed it to reach an ever-increasing number of consumers, becoming more and more esteemed throughout Mexico, to the point of being today among the best known in the state. Don Julio bases all its work on quality. The choice of producing tequila with only 100% agave distillate, together with the care with which the cultivation and harvesting of the plants takes place, up to the care in the barrels for aging, make it one of the best tequila distilleries in the world.
Tequila Don Julio is a distillate that is obtained from a careful selection of Blue Agave, after the double distillation the product is not subjected to any type of aging.
