The Spumante Riserva del Fondatore produced by the Puiatti winery is the emblem of the winery. With a delicate straw yellow color, with elegant hints of dried fruit and small pastries, in the mouth it is extremely fresh and with a slightly persistent and clean finish.
The Puiatti winery was founded in 1967 in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and since then has been able to grasp the changes, evolutions and challenges of the wine world by focusing on experience, innovation and competence with an eye always attentive to traditions. A growth path that passes through the enhancement of the territory by interpreting the delicate balance between environment, vines, climate and man. The Puiatti style is made up of passions, emotions, poetry, and that is why each label is the result of relentless research. A winery that over time has been able to experiment with the right amount of imagination and consolidate a strong and recognizable identity.
