Pinot Grigio by Elena Walch is an Alto Adige DOC wine produced in the Caldaro vineyards in the province of Bolzano. The color is straw-yellow, on the nose is characterized by the fruity aromas of ripe pear and sage, as well as the intense minerality and long persistence on the palate. It's perfect with fish and white meat dishes.

The Elena Walch Pinot Grigio is produced according to accurate techniques that involve the soft pressing of the grapes, whose must is then fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Aging takes place on its own yeasts in steel containers for several months. What is striking about this Pinot Grigio is undoubtedly its full-bodied structure and persistence on the palate out of the ordinary.
