Pinot Grigio is a coppery wine with light ruby reflections. On the nose it expresses complex and fruity scents reminiscent of raspberry, strawberry, pomegranate and dried figs. In the mouth it is deep and rich, extremely persistent and vigorous.
A reality born from a dream: this is the cellar of Damijan Podversic, which took shape from the desire of Damijan himself, who has always been driven by the desire to recover and enhance old abandoned vineyards. The cultivated varieties are those of Ribolla Gialla, Istrian Malvasia, Friulian, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Furthermore, other small plots, partly owned by Damijan’s grandfather and partly rented, contribute to the production of chardonnay. The excellent quality and perfect maturity of the grapes and seeds, combined with Damijan’s inspired hand in the cellar and his knowledge of nature and wine, ensure that the wines themselves express a disconcerting purity, revealing the sense of smell and palate an intense and defined territoriality.
