The Capovilla distillery was founded in Rosà in the province of Vicenza by Vittorio Capovilla in the 1970s, who as a technician and mechanic of oenology tools first, decided to become an entrepreneur in the distillation sector. After learning the secrets of distillation in Germany, Vittorio Capovilla’s company produces distillates from organic farming, from fruit that is spontaneous and always cultivated with maximum respect for the environment.
The Pertichetta grappa is obtained from the Croatina variety grapes, one of the varieties enhanced by the genius of Walter Massa, who by stimulating one of the most appreciated and recognized producers of grappa such as Vittorio Capovilla, gave birth to this extraordinary distillate.
